Javier reflects on the nature of God’s love: “When it comes to telling the truth about ourselves, we would prefer to edit the footnotes and clean up the margins… We call this a kindness: at its best, it is an attempt to see ourselves and others in the best possible light. Cary congregations participating in the Cary Area Ministerial Alliance (CAMA) will co-host the interfaith prayer service that is part of the Town of Cary’s “Dreamfest” during the weekend of MLK Day. Set for Sunday, January 17, at 3:30 pm, the service will originate from Christ the King Lutheran Church and will be live streamed on the church’s YouTube channel.
