Historic Raleigh Trolley Tour

Are you interested in knowing more of Raleigh’s history?  Join the Senior Ministry Saturday, September 23 for the tour and lunch afterwards.  The 1-hour tour leaves from Mordecai Historical Park, Raleigh, at 11:00 AM.

The Trolley seats 26, so it is important to reserve seat(s) ahead of time.  Checks should be made out to St. Paul’s with Trolley Tour in the Memo line.  Tickets are $10/person.  Checks should be sent to St. Paul’s or put in the Sunday collection.

Please let us know if you would like to carpool.  We will leave St. Paul’s parking lot at 10:00 am.  We would also appreciate knowing if you will join us after the tour for lunch at The Carolina Ale House on Glenwood Avenue.  The lunch is not included in the ticket cost!

Find out more about the tour HERE or also HERE!

Please RSVP HERE or contact Jean Huey jehuey@outlook.com or 919-303-5769 to RSVP and for transportation needs.

Nextdoor Instructions

Thank you for agreeing to publicize Lobster Fest on Nextdoor. Here are a few things we’re asking:

  1. Please post this as an Event.
  2. Under “Choose Neighbors,” select Yours and Nearby
  3. For Category, choose Festival. Title is “Lobster Fest Cary“.
  4. Cut and paste this description, please:

Lobster Fest Cary brings the fresh taste of Maine lobster right here to Wake County! The lobsters are pulled out of the water, packed in a cooler truck in Maine and driven overnight to Cary. Dine-In and enjoy a social event or Take Out and make your own event – Live Lobster, Cooked Lobster, Lobster Rolls – you decide! Pre-ordering online (lobsterfestcary.org) is a must, as quantities often run out early in the day, and we hate to disappoint Lobster Lovers.
