Dear Church Families,
THIS SUNDAY: September 12, the 16th Sunday after Pentecost
This Sunday is the 16th Sunday after Pentecost. A symbol of Pentecost is a tree. The tree helps us remember to care for our faith so it will grow big. During the season of Pentecost, we learn about the risen Christ. Here are some worksheets for readers and for pre-readers.
In-Person Children’s Chapel & Songs and Parables
We are excited to announce that Children’s Chapel will begin this Sunday, September 12, during the 9:00am service. We invite families with children ages three to third grade to sit along the aisles of the sanctuary, making it easier for children to process out while maintaining some physical distance. The children will process out the main doors of the church after the opening collect, and they will return to the service during the announcements. All children participating will be asked to keep their masks on, even while outdoors. Please register online in advance for these upcoming events!
Gather and Pray in September: Adult Coffee Hour in the Courtyard
St. Paul’s invites you to reconnect and gather safely over the month of September! After the 9:00am service, Adult Coffee Hour will return in an outdoor format, taking place in the courtyard. While there is Coffee Hour for adults, there will be another outdoor activity, Songs and Parables, for the children. Masks will also be on for Songs and Parables, except for when the kids are eating and social distancing.
