Wheels4Hope 15th Anniversary

Wheels4Hope recently celebrated its 15th Anniversary with the 1,000th car placement at its founding congregation, West Raleigh Presbyterian Church.
The congregation gathered around a 1996 Honda Accord donated by a member of the congregation to celebrate with Sunny and her son Kobi as they received the keys to their own vehicle. Sunny, referred to Wheels4Hope through Housing for New Hope, shared “Getting a Wheels4Hope vehicle means a lot to my son and I. We came to the Durham area as victims of domestic violence. I worked hard, saved money and moved after 14 months. I believe you can do anything through Christ.”
Members of St. Paul’s are ongoing supporters of Wheels4Hope through vehicle donations, monetary donations, and volunteers. We are of the many who made the 1,000th car placement possible!!

If you or someone you know has a vehicle to donate, now is the time to get that 2015 Income Tax deduction. Because Wheels4Hope cars are repaired and returned to the community as a charitable action, a vehicle donation to Wheels4Hope will give you bigger savings on your income tax return.
