Worship. Serve. Grow.

The Rev. Candy Snively

Candy is originally from Boston and grew up in Pennsylvania. She worked as Manager of Voter Registration and Voter Services for Palm Beach County, Florida before her family moved here when her husband was transferred with IBM. They weren’t looking for a faith community in North Carolina, but a friend told her people would ask where they went to church. “God gets messages through different people.”

They began attending St. Paul’s in 1995, and she completed her college degree at Meredith. She pursued ordination and has served as a hospital chaplain at Rex and at Rex Rehab and Nursing Care Center in Apex.
