Greenway Phase III Project Info Session (Aug 28, 2018)

Design work is proceeding for the Higgins Greenway Phase III project to extend the trail eastward from where it currently ends at Union Street to Kildaire Farm Road near Cary Elementary School.  The trail is planned to run along the south property line of St. Paul’s.  You are invited to join us for a public information session on August 28 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s.  Representatives from the town, and the designers from WithersRavenel, will be on hand to present the current designs and answer questions.  Click HERE for a map of the project.
