This winter Adult Formation offering will be led by Holly Menard, an End-of-Life Doula. The six sessions will be experiential and interactive, and each week will build on the previous session. Participants will have an opportunity to share grief experiences and how these have impacted their views on death and dying. They will discuss what it means to advocate for themselves, to live a well-lived life, and to plan and prepare for a good death.
