Please join the Altar Guild in thanking Anne Babb for her outstanding service to St. Paul’s as leader of this ministry for more than 5 years. While it is typically a 2-year position, Anne was director of the Altar Guild when the pandemic started and continued until we were back into a more settled routine. She guided us through all the changes during the pandemic, starting with setting up for our very first livestreamed services with her husband, Terry. Anne was an incredible leader, attentive to liturgical details as well as the safety of her crews. Under her leadership, the parish felt a sense of normalcy as we continued to keep traditions such as having ashes on Ash Wednesday and palms for Palm Sunday available via drive-thru.

The members of the St. Paul’s Altar Guild honored Anne recently and presented her with an inscribed paver that we will have placed in the circle of St. Paul’s Church. We are very fortunate that she continues to be a part of the Altar Guild.
