Newcomer Gathering (Oct 21, 2018)

The St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Newcomer Ministry will host a newcomer gathering on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in the Bishop Curry House.  We’ll have a simple supper and time to get to know each other.  If you have visited St. Paul’s recently and would like to chat with the clergy, some ministry leaders, or other new folks like yourself, please come!  It will be casual and friendly.  Food will be provided.

The Bishop Curry House is located just off the far end of the parking lot, near the conveniently positioned garbage bin.  Yes, that is the landmark to look for.

Please RSVP to us at annewlaney@gmail.com by Oct 15 and let us know if you can or cannot attend.  We hope to see you on Oct 21!

Nextdoor Instructions

Thank you for agreeing to publicize Lobster Fest on Nextdoor. Here are a few things we’re asking:

  1. Please post this as an Event.
  2. Under “Choose Neighbors,” select Yours and Nearby
  3. For Category, choose Festival. Title is “Lobster Fest Cary“.
  4. Cut and paste this description, please:

Lobster Fest Cary brings the fresh taste of Maine lobster right here to Wake County! The lobsters are pulled out of the water, packed in a cooler truck in Maine and driven overnight to Cary. Dine-In and enjoy a social event or Take Out and make your own event – Live Lobster, Cooked Lobster, Lobster Rolls – you decide! Pre-ordering online (lobsterfestcary.org) is a must, as quantities often run out early in the day, and we hate to disappoint Lobster Lovers.
