Note-in-the Pocket – June 9 Join us for our Sorting Sunday and help us raise $656.91 more:
Ever wonder where the money goes that our children so dutifully donate on Sundays? It goes to Note in the Pocket, an amazing organization providing clothing for families in need through Wake County Public School System. Our children have pledged $3,000 this year and have reached $2,343.09 towards our goal. Please help us meet that goal by having your kids do important tasks around the house, in your neighborhood, and around town to earn money to donate on Sunday!
Our Note in the Pocket sort day is Sunday, June 9, following the 9am service. We need 50+ volunteers and this is a kid-friendly, family event. Click HERE to sign-up for the sort day!

VBS FUNdamentals of Faith 6/17-6/21: Thank you to those who have registered for Vacation Bible School this year. More information will be in your inboxes shortly!

VBS VOLUNTEERS needed: We need volunteers able to help all five days if possible! Questions? Email us at vbs@stpaulscary.org.

VBS SHOE BOXES needed: VBS is in need of shoe boxes. If you have any to donate, please drop them off at the church.

We apologize if we have missed anything along the way but are doing our best to keep the Children’s Ministries thriving until a permanent Children’s Minister has been identified. We pray for the right person to join our parish in this incredibly important ministry and hope you will do the same. If you are interested or know someone who might be the perfect answer to our prayers, or would like to join the Children’s Ministries Committee, please respond to this email with your thoughts.

All the best,
The Children’s Ministry Committee

Nextdoor Instructions

Thank you for agreeing to publicize Lobster Fest on Nextdoor. Here are a few things we’re asking:

  1. Please post this as an Event.
  2. Under “Choose Neighbors,” select Yours and Nearby
  3. For Category, choose Festival. Title is “Lobster Fest Cary“.
  4. Cut and paste this description, please:

Lobster Fest Cary brings the fresh taste of Maine lobster right here to Wake County! The lobsters are pulled out of the water, packed in a cooler truck in Maine and driven overnight to Cary. Dine-In and enjoy a social event or Take Out and make your own event – Live Lobster, Cooked Lobster, Lobster Rolls – you decide! Pre-ordering online (lobsterfestcary.org) is a must, as quantities often run out early in the day, and we hate to disappoint Lobster Lovers.
