Hello everyone!
VBS starts on Monday and we couldn’t be more excited! We are thrilled to be welcoming 90 children! Please pray for our participants and volunteers this week as we learn and play together.
Other News…
- Super Summer S(f)undays continue tomorrow at 10:10am! Meet us on the playground to have a popsicle and listen to the Parable of the Mustard Seed and enjoy red, white and blue popsicles! All are welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult). It might be helpful to bring an old towel or blanket to sit on during the story.
- The Children’s Little Brown Stewardship Basket is starting over again…we are working toward our 2018 Note in the Pocket Collection. So far we have collected $100.58 toward our goal of $3000.00.
- Children’s Chapel will be held only at the 9am worship service tomorrow and is open to all children age 3 through 2nd grade. Immediately following the Collect children may follow the cross processional to the Youth Wing. The children will return to the Sanctuary during the Peace.
- VBS Volunteers-please remember there is a mandatory volunteer orientation tomorrow at 10:45 am in the Parish Hall or you may attend on Monday morning at 8:15 am. You must attend one of the orientations. Thank you.
