Planned gifts are those left after one’s passing and don’t require a monetary gift now. Planned gifts are a great way to grow an endowment over time. When gifts are made to the endowment, the actual gift remains intact and is not spent. Instead, as the endowment grows over time, the earnings or part of the growth amount are provided to our church and then can be used to do God’s good work.
