Dear St. Paul’s,
Just a couple of weeks ago, I sat in a meeting at the church and realized that it has almost been six months since my arrival at St. Paul’s as a newly-ordained deacon. My, how time flies! I am excited for all that is yet to be shared, enjoyed, and explored with you, especially as I live into my call to be a priest in the church.
It is with great joy that I would like to invite you to attend my ordination to the priesthood on Saturday, December 17 at the Phillip’s Chapel of the Canterbury School in Greensboro, NC. I hope, therefore, that you will rejoice with them too: the ties that bind us together as a church are stronger due to our ability to rejoice with the church at large, not just the spaces we call home.
