Weekly Update April 23, 2021: A Letter from the Rector

Dear Friends,
I am writing this less than 24 hours since Derek Chauvin was found guilty of all the charges brought against him in the murder of George Floyd. While I am thankful for that verdict there is so much more work to be done. The sin of racism is ever present before us. We need to lean in towards one another and remember the words I quoted in my Easter homily a couple weeks ago: “We belong to each other. No exceptions.” We cannot shy away from the reform and work that remains before us. Read George’s Letter
