Blessing of the Animals (Oct 4, 2020)

It has been a tradition that every year around the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi we celebrate the blessing of the animals.  This year we would like to invite you to join us on Sunday, October 4, the actual feast of St. Francis of Assisi, for a special service that will be held in the courtyard of St. Paul’s.  Due to diocesan protocols, and the need to maintain 6 feet of physical distancing, we will be having two services, with a limit of 15 people at each.  One service will be at 12:00 noon and the second at 1:00 p.m.  The actual service will last about 15 minutes and allow time for those attending to spend some time together following physical distancing protocols.  Sign up will be necessary to attend.  Please go to the following link to sign up for this special service where we bless and give thanks for those creatures of God with whom we share our lives.
