Arts & Crafts Festival (Nov 12) Needs Bakers, Volunteers, Used Books

The Arts and Crafts Festival for 2016 will take place at St. Paul’s on Saturday, November 12, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You’ll find handmade items from parishioners and local artists, along with knit and crochet items by Prayer Stitchers, musical entertainment from choir members, a bake sale, a book sale, food trucks, and a huge raffle.

Can you donate baked goods to make our bake sale a delicious success again this year?  If you can contribute, click HERE, or contact Gail Duncan at sheldunc@aol.com.

Are you an artist or crafter?  Click HERE.  We need your new, hand-made items to sell at the St. Paul’s table.  Contact Brock Fransen at 919-481-1026 or bfransen@bellsouth.net.

Can you donate used books?  Click HERE.

The success of the festival depends on volunteers and we need your help.  Giving your time for a two-hour shift can help us to raise money to support those in need.  Whether you want to help sell items, set up or transport tables, greet visitors, sort books, fill in for exhibitors, process credit card sales, or count the proceeds after the festival, we have a job for you!  Please sign up by clicking HERE.

For questions about volunteering, contact Katie Robinson at 919-247-3472 or katie015@bellsouth.net.

For general questions about the festival please contact Sally Moller at sbm2@nc.rr.com.

Read October Newsletter, page 5.

Thank you for your support of the Arts & Crafts Festival for Outreach!
