ONE Wake hosts Coffee Hour this Sunday, April 24, 2022

“We believe that local awareness and action are crucial for a world where justice rolls down like water.” Nov. 2, 2021 statement by The Rt. Rev. Sam Rodman, and the Rt. Rev. Anne Hodges-Copple

You may be aware that election season is upon us, but are you ready to ACT? ONE Wake wants to help you understand the voting process and what issues may be on your ballot. Join us at Coffee Hour on Sunday, April 24 to find out about the May 17 Elections, early voting and how ONE Wake is recruiting Affordable Housing Voters who care about preserving housing options for essential workers, especially in Cary.

Join with other local congregations for a non-partisan Get-Out-the-Vote rally and march on the first day of early voting on Thursday, April 28, 6:00 pm at First UMC Cary (117 S. Academy St) https://www.onewake.org/march_to_the_polls. During the rally we will publicly ask candidates for the Cary Town Council to support our campaign for a local housing fund. Even if you do not live in Cary, your presence is a statement of support for these efforts across Wake County. Come and walk with us! Questions?
