Rise Against Hunger Honoring MLK: Now April 8-11

We have another opportunity to give thanks for our many blessings by giving back to those around the world suffering from hunger. You are invited to join St. Paul’s Episcopal team, along with other Raleigh-area organizations, for a Meal Packaging Event with Rise Against Hunger (RAH), honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy (originally scheduled for MLK weekend).

RAH volunteers aim to package 125,000 meals, in a SAFE ENVIRONMENT, to be distributed around the world through school feeding programs, orphanages, health clinics, vocational training programs and in response to crisis (i.e. Haiti). This is a fun, family-friendly, high-impact event!

Please see the link below to our RAH St. Paul’s page, where you can find more details, including safety and social distancing protocols. Be sure to register below for one of 11 shifts between Friday and Monday and consider making a donation to cover the cost of the meals you will be packaging.
