Wheels4Hope Thanks St. Paul’s

Wheels4Hope thanks St. Paul’s for helping to successfully achieve very aggressive vehicle placement and sales goals in 2016!

Wheels4Hope Raleigh placed 154 vehicles with local families last year, which is its primary mission.  One of those placements occurred at the Wheels4Hope Car Blessing held at St. Paul’s in October.  Also, Wheels4Hope sells reliable, reconditioned used vehicles to the general public for needed revenue that keeps Wheels4Hope a self-sufficient charity.  Last year, Wheels4Hope Raleigh sold 116 vehicles to the public.  This represents a 15% increase in Program Cars and a 10% increase in Public Sale Used Cars compared to 2015 results.  This was a challenging feat that could only have been achieved with support from Partner Congregations like St. Paul’s. Last year 3 vehicle donations and 5 referrals leading to donations came from St. Paul’s members.  Wheels4Hope says Thank You to St. Paul’s for helping to turn donated cars into local blessings!

But, that is not all! There is such a great need in our local community for Wheels4Hope vehicles, the goals for Wheels4Hope Raleigh in 2017 have been set at 200 Program Cars and 150 Public Sale Used Cars. Wheels4Hope looks forward to a continuing, strong partnership with St. Paul’s to make a difference in the lives of even more of our neighbors.

Nextdoor Instructions

Thank you for agreeing to publicize Lobster Fest on Nextdoor. Here are a few things we’re asking:

  1. Please post this as an Event.
  2. Under “Choose Neighbors,” select Yours and Nearby
  3. For Category, choose Festival. Title is “Lobster Fest Cary“.
  4. Cut and paste this description, please:

Lobster Fest Cary brings the fresh taste of Maine lobster right here to Wake County! The lobsters are pulled out of the water, packed in a cooler truck in Maine and driven overnight to Cary. Dine-In and enjoy a social event or Take Out and make your own event – Live Lobster, Cooked Lobster, Lobster Rolls – you decide! Pre-ordering online (lobsterfestcary.org) is a must, as quantities often run out early in the day, and we hate to disappoint Lobster Lovers.
