My name is Zachary Rugen, I was born and raised in northern Virginia, in a town called Sterling. I have a loving mother and father as well as a younger sister who is starting her first year of college. I am a graduate of Longwood University in Virginia where I got my degree in criminology and minors in psychology and sociology. I spent the past year living in intentional community as a member of the Johnson Service Corps in Chapel Hill, where I worked with non-profits while participating in spiritual formation and servant leadership training. Throughout that time, I assisted in the growth of the Episcopal Campus Ministry at Chapel of the Cross, helping establish a mentoring program for undergraduate students as well as organizing a conference on vocation that the parish hosted. I will begin the Master of Divinity program at Duke in the next coming days, and I hope to be ordained in the Episcopal Church sometime in the future.

Nextdoor Instructions

Thank you for agreeing to publicize Lobster Fest on Nextdoor. Here are a few things we’re asking:

  1. Please post this as an Event.
  2. Under “Choose Neighbors,” select Yours and Nearby
  3. For Category, choose Festival. Title is “Lobster Fest Cary“.
  4. Cut and paste this description, please:

Lobster Fest Cary brings the fresh taste of Maine lobster right here to Wake County! The lobsters are pulled out of the water, packed in a cooler truck in Maine and driven overnight to Cary. Dine-In and enjoy a social event or Take Out and make your own event – Live Lobster, Cooked Lobster, Lobster Rolls – you decide! Pre-ordering online (lobsterfestcary.org) is a must, as quantities often run out early in the day, and we hate to disappoint Lobster Lovers.
