Online Pledge Form
Once you submit this online form, a copy will be emailed to the Church Administrator and to the email address you enter. Once the pledge has been processed by the church office, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please review both emails to make sure we have completely understood your intentions.  As always, your latest pledge is the one we will honor; so if you see a problem, please feel free to submit another form.
