Appalachia Service Project (ASP) Orientation

Appalachia Service Project (ASP) Orientation is this Sunday, May 21st, from 12:30 to 2 pm in the Parish Hall. The agenda includes all trip information, packing recommendations, St. Paul’s policies and expectations, and a review of all forms and training needed. We encourage everyone involved in this year’s trip to please attend unless you have an unavoidable conflict.

Please bring the following items with you:

  • ASP Volunteer Agreement: We ask that all youth and adult volunteers please bring a completed, signed copy of this form on Sunday. The PDF can be printed and completed, but it is also a fillable version, so you can enter data before printing.
  • Deposits/Payments: Please bring a $100 deposit if not already paid. The full payment is $270 and checks can be made out to St. Paul’s Episcopal CAppalachia Service Project (ASP) Orientation is this Sunday, May 21st, from 12:30 to 2 pm in the Parish Hall.
