It’s that time of year again – we’re preparing for Advent! It’s funny that Advent is a time to wait and prepare for the birth of Christ, so we’re preparing to prepare. But the St. Nicholas Tree needs to go up early so parishioners can get the gifts for all the children and families. It’s a fun night indeed. Here is our youth news for the week:
SUNDAY
- Youth Christian Formation: The lesson for Sunday is entitled “Competition: Dealing with the Future.” Middle School meets in the Youth Wing (go straight there, snacks are provided) and High School meets in Room 10.
- EYC 5-7 pm: St. Nicholas Tree: We are putting the tree up, attaching the tags, and then having some EYC fun – capture the flag or Scatterball anyone? Wear comfortable clothes for games.
